Support cross-domain tracking#21

If you have more than one domain in your setup - say a marketing site at https://example.com where your visitors arrive and then an app domain (such as https://app.example.com) where your visitors signup and use the app, then currently any marketing attribution data we store (such as UTM params) will not be carried across to the second domain when they signup.

As part of this update we will provide an option to support cross domain tracking - so that we can pass these values from one domain to the other.

This will be achieved by adding the marketing attribution data dynamically to links when they are clicked so that the next domain can pick them up if needed.

OK im pleased to say that we now support cross-domain cookies for those that attract visitors at say exampkle.com and then send them to app.example.com when they sign up. In these situations we will now track marketing attribution data across those domains (such as UTM params, referer etc). Please note that this will only work if the top level domains are the same.
